libgtkhtml3.16-cil software package provides CLI binding for GtkHTML 3.24, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgtkhtml3.16-cil
libgtkhtml3.16-cil is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgtkhtml3.16-cil package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgtkhtml3.16-cil *
You will get with libgtkhtml3.16-cil package name, version, architecture and description in a table
